We originally received these as a gift when my dad passed away. It is hard to explain the comfort these little stones bring. I held mine throughout the visitation and service as it gave me something to fidget with as I talked and smiled with people. It brought me a peaceful calm on some of my hardest days. I still carry it with from time to time. My children keep theirs beside their beds and tuck them in their pocket to take a piece of Grandpa on special days. I have since ordered these as memorials for several friends experiencing the loss of a loved one. The stones are a unique memorial and are treasured by the family.
