Refund and Return Policy

Most orders are personalized and custom made for each person by request. Once we send the proof of the said item(s) to the customer, they have acknowledged and either requested changes or approved the item. Once the customer has 100% approved their order, they have agreed to payment and there is no returns or refunds available for personalized items. 

Items that are sold and are not personalized, will be able to be refunded or returned depending on the situation. If the item has a manufacturer defect, we will refund or replace your item. If the item is damaged my fault of the customer, the item will be analyzed by The Biz, and The Biz will have the right to refuse a refund or return.
