Returns

We will not accept returns on any personalized items. We send all customers proofs of their customized item before creating their one of a kind piece. Once the customer approves their item, Humboldt Engraving and Gifts creates it for them. Humboldt Engraving and Gifts is not responsible for any mispelling, or incorrect information provided by the customer, if customer approves it. 

If the item is not personalized, we will allow returns. All returns must be approved by Customer Service, which can be contacted at thebiz@humboldtengraving.com. We do require you to provide a reason for the return, and a photograph of the item that you would like to return. Humboldt Engraving and Gifts has the right to refuse a return at any time for any reason.
